CA-Clarity Administration Training

A 5 day bespoke training programme based around your configuration that enables you to be able to perform the following,

• Add, remove and change Users.
• Use Clarity Studio to change a Users screen and add additional fields.
• To write NSQL queries to enable portlets to be created.
• Create an OBS (Organisational Breakdown Structure).
• To manage User security.

End User Training

Development and delivery of a bespoke End User training programmes. This is tailored and sized for the various roles to be performed on your CA-Clarity environment, usually classroom based and can be performed via Webex. All materials are designed, created and published as part of this solution.

Train the Trainer Training
