Fully managed service, to remotely monitor and manage your PPM environment that provides the assurance your servers and databases are running PPM optimally. Includes early notification of any potential performance or sizing issues and monthly performance reporting statistics as part of the service and an initial full assessment of your environment.
Provision of CA-Clarity, HP-Mercury, EPM support to your User Community, includes user access management, configuration changes and monthly report statistics provided as part of this package.
Where your helpdesk has taken an issue that subsequently requires CA-Clarity, HP-Mercury or EPM expertise - a call is made to CQC Solutions who will then investigate and provide an answer to the issue. Monthly report statistics are provided as part of this package. Reasonable support retainer charges apply with hourly charges levied for the use of CQC consultancy.
Provides a fully supported Functional configuration of your PPM instance, with continued reviews with users, suitability assessments of new releases with tailored reports for your PPM system and changes to the configuration as required by you. Includes an initial full assessment of your current PPM functionality.
The expansion to other Entities, Lines of Business and countries. This assumed to be covered by New Deployment Solution.
Provision of hardware. Although not normally a service we provide, we are more than happy to discuss options that are available.
Configuration changes that are not supported by software vendors.
