John has worked in the IT sector for over 25 years gaining experience in engineering, commercial and banking businesses. John has provided exceptional expertise in developing application capabilities to meet unique client specific requirements, as well as designing complex integrations with other applications. As MD of CQC, John has continued to guide and develop the company from its inception in March 2007 to the present day, through ensuring the company has the right mix of innovation allied to high quality delivery, providing high levels of client satisfaction.
Sanjukta has been working in project management for over 14 years. After completing her MSc in International Business (Economics), Sanjukta began her career as a business analyst within the energy sector, however, soon moved into project management and has delivered projects and provided consultancy for clients within the energy, retail, banking, telecoms and airline industries. Within CQC, Sanjukta has responsibility for developing CQC delivery strategies for specific client PPM and BPM solutions and also packaged offerings. More recently, Sanjukta provides advisory services to clients on how to improve the efficiency of their PPM and BPM solutions.
Neville has responsibility for setting the commercial strategy for CQC, which includes marketing initiatives, partner strategy and relationship with companies such as CA; he is also responsible for developing and helping to forge long-term client relationships. Neville also conceived the idea of packaged offerings for clients, such as PMO Out of the Box,Requirements Traceability and Agile/Waterfall combined capability using Clarity PPM. Prior to helping set up CQC Neville had responsibility at WorldCom/ MCI for network management systems and application support across EMEA and Asia Pac, before joining Niku and BearingPoint with responsibility for managing services teams deploying Clarity PPM systems.
Richard has over 20 years’ experience in IT. He has worked with Clarity for over 12 years; back when it was called ABT Repository Version 2. Richard provides CQC with detailed technical knowledge of the underlying technologies of the Clarity Suite. Richard also provides development expertise to enhance the Clarity product in the areas of integration and reporting. Richard is also responsible for running the CQC Tier1 and 2 helpdesk service and the hosting capabilities.
Jay Chaudhuri has over 25 years experience of undertaking commercially focused engagements encompassing change management and helping blue-chip organizations leverage technological and business advantage in competitive, cost-conscious markets. She has significant experience of supporting the client in developing change agenda and its scope, putting together investment and business cases, defining benefit tracking models and gaining approval at Board-level. Jay was the Transformation Director, responsible for a portfolio of technology transformation programmes at ING (Netherlands and Belgium). She has worked as the Director for Systems Development for GMAC and undertaken various Programme Director/Manager roles in Marsh and McLennan, Prudential Life & Pensions, NPI, United Utilities (Vertex) and Royal Insurance.
Stephen Kelly qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1993 with KPMG. He has held several finance positions in industry including Financial Controller of the international operations of a $1b NASDAQ quoted company. Since 2000 he has been a director of 2020 Chartered Accountants, which he co-founded. 2020 provide outsourced finance functions and Virtual Finance Directors to growing service companies, with a particular focus on technology.
